Since launching earlier this year, the Lusso Tan ritual steps have been winning praise and loyalty due to their innovation and performance.

Preparation, Base and Colour are as fundamental to creating a luscious Lusso Tan as cleanse, tone and moisturise are to facial routines.

Developed by three sisters with a background in Day Spas, the Lusso Tan three-step ritual works with the brand’s carefully created formulas for a streak-free, quick drying self tan with golden toned, Mediterranean-inspired shades.

The ritual starts with a mist-on Primer (left), which rebalances the skin’s pH levels, meaning tan will glide on evenly with no blotchy patches. Organic Witch Hazel cleanses away impurities and locks in moisture, whilst antioxidant Vitamins A and E repair and protect, and Lactic Acid improves the skin’s texture and smooths over imperfections.

Next, Lusso Tan Self Tan Lotion (right), available in Light, Medium, Dark and Gradual Tan, is applied using the mitt; this buildable formula means you can create a streak-free finishing and a glowing tan that lasts for up to seven days. The organic formula nourishes the skin with its infusion of antioxidant Vitamins A and E to protect and repair damaged skin, together with Aloe Vera which soothes and hydrates. The tan develops over four to eight hours, after which it can showered off to reveal a natural-looking tan.

Step three involves applying Finishing Touch Shimmer (left) to add radiance. This silky powder rich in light-reflecting particles creates a natural looking luminosity on the skin. Sweep along cheekbones, collarbones, shoulders and shins for sunkissed highlights, or mix with moisturiser for an all-over body shimmer.
