Neutraceutical brand launches advisory council
Ingestible collagen brand Totally Derma has announced the launch of its Regenerative Aesthetics and Wellness (RAW) Council, a strategic initiative designed to strengthen the brand's clinical credibility within professional aesthetics while supporting its growth across consumer and professional channels.
The RAW Council brings together experts across advanced skin health, nutrition, orthopaedics and women's medicine, reflecting a growing shift towards integrated, regenerative approaches in aesthetics. The initiative recognises the role of internal health as a key driver of treatment outcomes and aims to support clinics adopting combination protocols spanning injectables, devices and nutraceuticals.
The Council's remit includes supporting evidence‑based patient education, strengthening the role of nutraceuticals within regenerative and longevity protocols and raising standards in a category that often lacks clinical validation, positioning itself as a resource for practitioners looking to integrate ingestible collagen supplementation.
The RAW Council will also contribute to practitioner education and training, patient consultation support tools, expert‑led digital content and industry thought leadership.
Smita Ahluwalia (pictured), a skin health expert and advanced facialist with 30 years' experience, is part of the RAW Council. She comments:
“We are seeing a clear shift towards combination approaches in clinic. Supporting patients with a high-quality ingestible such as Totally Derma can help enhance outcomes, particularly in skin quality, healing and long-term maintenance.”
