Dermalogica celebrates the next generation of skin therapists

Dermalogica is offering the opportunity for one up and coming skin therapist to be mentored by four industry veterans including Dermalogica Founder, Jane Wurwand, with the launch of the Dermalogica Patron Rising Star Award.

Presented at the upcoming BABTAC and CIBTAC Awards 2024, the Dermalogica Patron Rising Star Award celebrates outstanding individuals who are driving success in their early careers and will recognise a business-minded skin therapist who is making a notable impact with exceptional practice standards, technical ability and retail skills. Judges will also be looking for professionals who can demonstrate a commitment to their continued professional development and outstanding human connection. 

Entry is open to all qualified skin therapists with no more than five-years' industry experience.

The winner will not only be presented with the Dermalogica Patron Rising Star Award but will also be invited to four Mentor Meetups with influential industry professionals sharing their years of knowledge, including: 

  • Jane Wurwand, Dermalogica founder, entrepreneur and author
  • C.R. Cooper, The Skin Theologian, Skin Health Equity Champion and author
  • Lesley Blair MBE, CEO of BABTAC and CIBTAC, industry voice and advocate
  • Diane Hey, CEO of Armonia Training, Spa and Wellbeing expert, industry advisor and BABTAC and Habia Board Member
