Co-founder of The Eyelash Design Company retires

Christina Jenkins, co-founder and director of The Eyelash Design Company, is retiring today (26th July 2018) after a long and impressive career in the UK beauty industry.

Christina co-founded The Eyelash Design Company (EDC) in her living room in Essex with Beverley Piper. They subsequently developed and launched the Lash Perfect, Brow Perfect, Hi Brow, Lash FX and Brow FX ranges. The company now distributes lash and brow treatments, products and training in over 35 countries.

Prior to launching EDC 12 years ago, Christina had previously enjoyed two decades of success working as Sales Director for Matis and Product Director for GM Collin.

Commenting on her well-deserved retirement, Christina says:

“I would sincerely like to thank everyone who has supported The Eyelash Design Company since its launch in 2006. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time in building the EDC to be the award-winning, international company that it is today – this could only have been done with the hard word and contributions from the entire EDC team and press publications that have helped us to become a success.

"A huge thank you is for Beverly, who made it all possible and is the best business partner and friend. I have loved working with you all. I will miss the EDC, but am looking forward to some well-earned time off!”

EDC will continue to be run by co-founder Beverley Piper and General Manager Phil Marsh alongside a strong management team.
