Children's spa treatments encourage self-care

Family-focused hotel group, Luxury Family Hotels, has introduced spa treatments for children using Scottish organic seaweed skincare brand, ishga.

The ‘Little ishga' treatment menu includes 15-minute mini facials using ‘Little ishga' products designed especially for young, sensitive skin along with scalp, neck and shoulder massages.

Created for children aged 3 to 16 years of age, the treatments are designed to ease stress and encourage self-care from a young age. During the ‘Little ishga' experience, therapists teach children self-soothing and wellness tools that can be incorporated into their daily lives.

Commenting on the ‘Little ishga' partnership with Luxury Family Hotels, Leon Trayling, Director of ishga, says:

“Over recent years, particularly since 2020's lockdown, we've witnessed an increasing demand for family wellness aimed at younger families. We are passionate about providing wellness for all ages, and therefore created our Little ishga range of skincare products that are specifically designed for younger children. We are delighted to be partnering with Luxury Family Hotels on this new venture, across their five properties to offer our treatments to the whole family.”
