Scottish salons may open from 26th April

An updated Strategic Framework indicates that government is aiming for mainland Scotland and areas currently in Level 4 to move to Level 3 from the last week in April, with some possible modifications. Close contact services, including hair, beauty and complementary therapies, and education, are currently permitted to operate under Level 3 restrictions.
A document outlining further information and requirements for businesses to reopen will be published by the Scottish Parliament in mid-March.
More to follow.
