Lake District spa unveils Lemoga

You've likely heard of Goat Yoga, but how about Lemoga, a personal yoga experience with Lemurs?

The activity is being introduced by Lake District hotel and spa, Armathwaite Hall, as part of its ‘Meet the Wildlife' wellness programme. Apparently, lemurs make great workout partners, helping to reduce stress and blood pressure in humans just by being in their presence.
The Meet the Wildlife programme also includes Alpaca walking, Meet the Meerkats and Apprentice Keeper sessions.

Launching Lemoga, Carolyn Graves, owner of Armathwaite Hall, says:

“As a wellness destination, we are used to providing our guests with outdoor experiences which help relieve the symptoms of city living such as stress, sleep and pollution. Lemoga offers our guests the chance to feel at one with nature, at the same time joining in with the Lemurs' play time.”

Guests can follow up their Lemoga session by enjoying the luxury wellness facilities at Armathwaite Hall's multi-award winning spa.
